The 26-year-old man was arrested in the center of the city after the police spread photos of him. The man, who has no fixed place of residence, is being questioned, the police said, NU.nl reports.
A 27-year-old woman from the Netherlands died in the Australian city of Melbourne on Sunday after she was hit by a car. According to the Australian police, the car was stolen a week ago. The driver fled the scene of the accident, the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed to NU.nl.
