A Dutch-Polish drug gang was busted in a combined effort by the Dutch, Polish and German police. The Dutch police raided multiple places in the south of the Netherlands on April 16th and 17th and arrested seven suspects. Another seven suspects were arrested in Poland. They are all suspected of being part of a criminal organization involved in drug trafficking and dealing in chemicals intended for the production of synthetic drugs, the police said on Friday.
Four traffic accidents in Noord-Brabant and Gelderland claimed a total of six lives over the past 24 hours.
The police raided at least 15 locations in the south of the Netherlands on Monday morning as part of an ongoing investigation into drug production and trafficking. Six people were arrested, ANP reports.

The municipalities of Maasdriel, Zuidplas, Zaltbommel and Tiel want to reduce the number of Polish and Romanian migrant workers living in residential neighborhoods, in order to keep the areas livable for local residents, RTL Nieuws reports.
The number of migrant workers from Eastern Europe grew significantly in these municipalities over the past years. Local residents complain about noise pollution and streets packed with cars with Eastern European license plates, according to the newspaper.
A 14-year-old boy from Helmond was killed when he was hit by a jet-ski on the Maas river near Well on Saturday afternoon. A 26-year-old man from Zaltbommel was arrested and was still in custody by Sunday evening, the police said in a statement.
The boy disappeared under water around 5:00 p.m. Bystanders report seeing the boy jumping from a boat and then being hit by a jet-ski.
The two men killed after falling from a crane in Zaltbommel on Tuesday are 53 year old Bart Vink and 61 year old Jos Relou, both from Someren. Remco van Bogget (24) was taken to the hospital with severe injuries. He is not in life threatening danger
Two men were killed and another one injured in an industrial accident in Zaltbommel, Gelderland on Tuesday afternoon. According to the police, the three men fell from a crane. The injured victim was rushed to the hospital in unknown condition.
The police believe that two gunmen were involved in the assassination of Amsterdam criminal Chahid Yakhlaf in Kerkdriel on New Year's Eve. Two other people were injured.
Three people were found shot in a home in the small Gelderland village of Hoenzadriel on Thursday evening. One of the victims died later that day, police said.
