A 44-year-old woman from Meppel was arrested on Tuesday morning on suspicion of involvement in the murder of 34-year-old Halil Erol from Steenwijk in 2010, the police said in a statement. Erol disappeared in February 2010. Parts of his body were found later that year and in 2013. The man's head and hands have still not be found.
The police released new sketches of wanted fugitives Ridouan Taghi and Said Razzouki on Opsporing Verzocht on Tuesday. The sketches are aged show what the two fugitives may look like today.
