Thermometer can reach 31°C in the Netherlands today
Summer is really showing off during the last days before meteorological autumn begins. Today will be abundantly sunny and hot, with maximums between 28 and 31 degrees, according to Weeronline. The coming days will be less warm but still pleasant summer weather, with an added chance of showers in the south.
The day will warm up quickly, and thermometers in several places will hit 25 degrees by noon. There may be some thin cloud cover, but the sun will easily shine through. Maximums will climb up to 31 degrees during the day. Only the Wadden Islands will be slightly less warm.
The warm weather will linger well into the evening. Weeronline expects temperatures between 22 and 26 degrees around sunset. Overnight, the wind will turn to the west to southwest and bring some cloud fields into the country.
Thursday will be partially cloudy in the western half and may see a splash of rain. Elsewhere, there will be sunny spells. Maximums will be between 21 degrees on the coast and 28 degrees in the east.
Friday and the weekend will be cooler, with maximums between 20 and 23 degrees. The days will be partially cloudy, and there may be some showers in the south over the weekend.
