The police are urgently looking for 14-year-old Nsimire, who went missing in The Hague on Friday. 

According to the police, Nsimire regularly "chills" in the Zuiderpark. She has dark skin color and black hair with black and brown braids, and she usually wears a gray bandana. She is about 1.6 meters tall and has a slim figure. According to the Telegraaf, she was last seen on the Prinsengracht in the center of the city.

Over the past weeks four swans were found killed in Zuiderpark in The Hague, the police said on Facebook. They're necks were broken. Several swan nests and the eggs in them were also destroyed.

The Zuiderpar police report that the remaining swan nests have now been screened off with fencing as a precaution. The police, along with enforcers and foresters, are also patrolling the area and keeping an eye on the nests.

Teacher union AOb thinks that all 6,500 primary schools across the Netherlands will not open today as primary school teachers strike for a higher salary and lower workload. The strike continues, despite reports published on Wednesday night that the new government set an extra 500 million euros aside for primary education. Around 90 percent of primary school teachers are participating in the strike, NOS reports.

"We hardly hear of any schools that will not close. And if we don't get enough money soon, we may close for two days", an AOb spokesperson said to news wire ANP.

For the first time in 34 years, the Parkpop organization has decided to temporarily put the festival on hold during the Word Cup game between The Netherlands and Mexico this Sunday. The organizers of the free music festival located at the Zuiderpark in Den Haag, first announced that the festival will carry on as planned but to prevent visitors from leaving just before the game they have decided to show the match on big screens beginning with the 6 p.m. kickoff.
