Car crashes through shed wall in Zwolle, leaving vehicle embedded in structure

A driver crashed her car through the wall of a shed attached to a home in Zwolle, causing severe damage to the structure but escaping serious injury, police said.

The incident happened on the Binnengasthuisstraat, near the center of Zwolle. The car drove straight through the shed’s wall, leaving both the vehicle and the building heavily damaged.

According to RTV Oost, the destruction is so extensive that the shed will likely have to be demolished.

The driver, a woman, is believed to have lost control of the vehicle. The cause of that remains unclear. She was examined by paramedics inside an ambulance but did not require transport to a hospital.
