Firefighter charged with arson

A 21 year old member of the volunteer fire department in Onderbanken, Limburg has again been arrested on suspicion of involvement in arson. According to a spokesperson of the Public Prosecutor, new allegations have been raised against him. In August the man was arrested along with two other firefighters due to arson. He was then released, but has now been arrested again. The two other firefighters will appear in public court for the first time today. According to the Public Prosecutor, one of the suspects, a 25 year old man, has admitted to starting several fires. He is still in custody. The other suspect, a 26 year old man, was recently placed under house arrest. The Public Prosecutor would make no further comments until after the hearing on Tuesday.
