Spring break: Day begins well below freezing, climbs to 14 degrees
After a cold night in large part of the country, afternoon temperatures reached at least 12° Celsius in the Netherlands on Monday, with some places even seeing temps of 14 degrees, according to Weerplaza.nl.
The coming days are expected to be mainly sunny and warm, with a peak on Thursday, when the temperature should reach 15° in Amsterdam and up to 18° in other cities in the south of the country, like Maastricht and Eindhoven.
However forecasters believe that during the weekend weather is going to get worse, with maximum temperature below 10° and rainy days.
