A total of 76 people were arrested in Rotterdam after Feyenoord beat Heracles Almelo 3-1 on Sunday and thereby became the national champions for the first time in 18 years. According to the police, there were "no major incidents'' during the celebrations. Feyenoord will be officially congratulated and honored in a ceremony on Coolsingel around noon on Monday.
The municipality of Rotterdam decided to ban shops in the city center from selling alcohol on Sunday, when Feyenoord is playing against Heracles for the Dutch title. On Wednesday the police published photos of 12 men suspected of violence during riots in Rotterdam this past Sunday after Feyenoord lost against Excelsior. So far three suspects turned themselves in, according to the Telegraaf.
All 12 men are suspected of public violence. The photos of those who turned themselves in have since been removed from the police site.

The suspects are between the ages of 14 and 45. They are all suspected of throwing fireworks, stones or whatever they had to hand at police officers in Rotterdam following the Feyenoord-Excelsior match.
