Robbers fleeing scene on Amsterdam bus dropped off at police station

Two Amsterdam bus drivers, Farid and Ali, disappointed three young robbers trying to flee the scene of their robbery. They dropped the robbers off at a police station, into the hands of waiting police officers, AT5 reports. Farid and Ali chatted with the three about 16 year old boys during their break at the bus station on the Elandsgracht. The three boys were sitting on a bench outside the Texaco gas station on Marnixstraat. When the bus drivers got into their bus after their break, they saw the boys entering the gas station with a large knife and a hammer. The boys came running at the bus in an attempt to flee, but the bus was already in motion. "I looked over my left shoulder and gave the boys a hint: go to the next stop", Ali said to AT5. And to their astonishment, the boys ran after the bus to the next stop. Farid called their control room, who contacted the police. And officers were waiting to arret the boys at the following stop, right in front of the police station.
