Dutch and German tourists fight at Austrian ski resort, three injured

A fight broke out between Dutch and German tourists at a ski lodge in Flachau, Austria, on Sunday evening, according to local police. The altercation followed a sunny day on the slopes and escalated from a verbal dispute into a physical confrontation involving 15 people.

Three German tourists sustained injuries and were transported to a hospital for treatment. Authorities have not disclosed the severity of their injuries.

Several individuals involved in the brawl were arrested. Some members of the Dutch group attempted to flee but were later apprehended by police.

The cause of the altercation remains unclear. Investigators are working to determine what sparked the violence. Austrian police have launched an official investigation into the incident.
