Man stabbed and seriously injured in Rotterdam’s Charlois district

On Saturday, a man was stabbed and seriously injured on Ahoyweg in the Charlois district of Rotterdam, the police reported. Authorities confirmed that the victim was rushed to the hospital following the attack.

The police have arrested two men in connection with the stabbing. The suspects are being questioned as investigators work to determine the motive and circumstances behind the assault.

According to local news reports, the incident occurred outside the Ahoy venue, where a concert by De Vrienden van Amstel Live was scheduled to take place Saturday night.

Authorities have not released further details about the incident, and the investigation remains ongoing.
