Dutch kickboxer stabbed to death in Spain
A 21-year-old kickboxer from Eindhoven was stabbed to death in a nightclub in Spain on Sunday morning. Osama Attadlaoui was attacked in the famous entertainment area in Granada in southern Spain, the Telegraaf reports.
The Spanish police arrested two men aged 22 and 21 years. They are suspected of "the killing of a Dutch man aof about twenty years old with a pointed weapon", according to the newspaper. Another man was also injured. The Spanish authorities are looking for witnesses.
Attadlaoui used to train at All-Fit Gym in Woesel, but left the gym some time ago, a spokesperson said to the newspaper. "We were informed about his death, but we do not know what happened exactly", the spokesperson said.
Another kickboxer, Belgian Marc de Bonte, disappeared in the Netherlands early this month. His body was found in the Wilelmina canal in Oirschot on Thursday and his identity was confirmed over the weekend. The police are still investigating exactly what happened to him.
