Rabobank cuts 1,500 jobs at regional call centers

Rabobank is closing regional call centers and thereby cutting 1,500 jobs. Only eight of the bank's 105 regional call centers will remain, AD reported on Thursday. In future the bank will have one, central call center. Where this call center will be located is unclear as of yet. The closure of the call centers is part of a reorganization Rabobank announced in December. The bank is cutting some 9 thousand jobs in total.
