Man arrested near royals; claims he's the king

A disturbed man was arrested at the Town Hall in Dordrecht on Monday morning, where King Willem-Alexander and the royal family are attending the King's Day festivities. According to the AD, the man claimed that he is the king. The police confirmed to NU that the man has been arrested, but would not give any further details.
