35 arrests in casino brawl

One man was injured in a massive fight in the center of Doetinchem, and 35 others arrested. The injured man has been brought to hospital with serious stab wounds, and is not yet responsive, a spokesperson for the police reports. The fight started in front of a new gambling hall that opened on Friday. Fights were also happening in the nearby parking garage. There is no indication of what started the clashes, however. Related to the brawl, police were forced to pull out their guns to stop a taxi on the A12 near Zevenaar. There were four men inside the taxi who may also have been involved in the fight. Police used guns as a precaution, there was a possibility the men were also armed.
