"If he (Sneijder) can become fit again then he can battle with other players in the squad. And I expect that an in-form Sneijder will play," Louis Van Gaal previously told reporters. Sneijder scored 25 goals in 93 internationals. He plays for the Süper Lig club Galatasaray and the Dutch national team. He was named as one of the three best midfielders in the world for 2010 by FIFA. Source: Reuters
