Video: Two injured in Wassenaar shooting; Suspect arrested

Two people were injured in a shooting at a home in Wassenaar early Sunday. Police arrested a suspect as they investigate the circumstances of the incident.

Police received a report of a shooting in or near a home on Van der Duyn van Maasdamstraat at about 3:45 a.m. Multiple police units, ambulances, a trauma helicopter, and police dogs were deployed to the scene.

Officers responding to the scene found two injured victims inside the home. One of the injured was taken to a hospital for urgent medical treatment.

Police are investigating what led to the shooting and have urged anyone with information to come forward.
