SWAT team arrest two men after Hague stabbing

A police SWAT team arrested two men in The Hague during the early hours of Monday morning. They are suspected of involvement in a stabbing and a possible burglary in the city, NU.nl reports.

On Sunday evening the police received a report of a stabbing on Callandstraat. Another report came in about a conflict at a restaurant near Callandstraat. Investigations into these two incidents led the police to a home on Keukenhoflaan. The home was observed for several hours, until a heavily armed SWAT team entered the building at around 2:30 a.m.

Two men were arrested in the home. They were blindfolded and taken to a police station, according to the newspaper. The police searched the home and seized a car with English license plates.
