Missing Dutch teen found dead in Italy

A body was found during the search for 17-year-old Koen van Keulen in Italy. It is not yet known if it is the missing teenager from Soest, RTV Utrecht reports.

The body was found in a ditch along a main road on Monday morning, according to the broadcaster.

Koen went missing during the early hours of Friday morning, after a night out with friends at Lake Garda in Italy. He reportedly did not get out off the bus at the campground where he was staying with friends and family.

A massive search was launched for the boy. Sniffer dogs from the Netherlands were sent to Italy to help in the search on Sunday.
