Teenagers arrested for stabbing boy, 15, to death

A 15-year-old boy was stabbed to death in Almere on Tuesday evening. Two suspects, both also aged 15, were arrested. All three teenagers are from Almere, AD reports.

The stabbing happened during the early evening on Pirellipad in Almere. A doctor gave the seriously injured boy first aid before he was rushed to a hospital, where he died of his injuries, the police said on Thursday.

The police investigation revealed two suspects and their possible whereabouts. They were tracked down and arrested. So far nothing is known about the motive for or the circumstances surrounding the stabbing. It is also unclear whether the victim and perpetrators knew each other. "That is part of the investigation", a police spokesperson said to AD.
