Haarlem shooting leaves man seriously injured

An as yet unidentified man was found severely injured on a business premises in Haarlem on Wednesday evening. He was rushed to the hospital with multiple gunshot wounds, ANP reports.

The man was conscious and able to speak to the police when they found him on Palletweg. One suspect was arrested for this shooting, more arrests may follow.

According to social media posts, multiple ambulances and a helicopter responded to the shooting. The responding police officers were wearing bulletproof vests, according to the news wire.
