New Schiphol terminal construction on back burner: report

Schiphol Airport has postponed the expansion of a new terminal, De Telegraaf reports based on multiple sources at the airport and airline companies. The terminal was initially scheduled to open in 2018, but this has now been moved to 2021. Schiphol confirmed to the newspaper that the terminal will be put in use "after 2018". A decision will be made after the summer.
