Amsterdam teens arrested for Eindhoven shooting

Two teenage boys from Amsterdam were arrested shortly after a shooting in Eindhoven during the early hours of Monday morning. The shooting happened on Shakespearelaan around 3:00 a.m., Het Parool reports.

Multiple shots were fired at a home on Shakespearelaan. No one was injured, the residents were not home at the time But considerable damage was done to the home's windows and facade, according to the newspaper.

The police received multiple reports about a specific car in connection with the shooting. The car was spotted by the police on the A2 near Den Bosch a short time later. The police stopped the car and found the two Amsterdam teens inside with a firearm. The boys were arrested and the firearm and car confiscated.

The police are investigating what exactly happened.
