Shooting outside Breda community center injures one

The police responded to Scheldestraat in Breda on Monday afternoon after local residents reported a shooting outside the community center. Witnesses told BN De Stem that a man was shot in the leg and taken to hospital by ambulance, but so far the police could not confirm this.

The area around the community center was closed down for investigation. Police officers in bulletproof vests searched the area, according to the newspaper.

On Monday night the police still had no information about any victims. They call for witnesses to come forward on Twitter.
