Costa Rican police nab 11 in Dutch couple's murder

Eleven arrests were made in Costa Rica in connection with the murders of a Dutch couple and a Nicaraguan man in the Central American country in January, RTL Nieuws reports.

Hans Snelders and Sita Dhawtal were found dead in their home on their teak plantation in Puntarenas on January 4th. They were handcuffed and shot dead. The foreman of their tree farm, the man from Nicaragua, was also killed.

The Costa Rican police's main theory is that they fell victim to a home robbery. A satanic message was written on the wall of their home, but the police believe that was just to throw them off the scent.
