Body of Limburg man missing since 2012 suggests murder

The police believe that Andy de Heus, who went missing in 2012, was murdered. His body was found in a pond in Stevensweert last week. The condition of the body makes the investigation into his death more difficult. But according to the police, DNA traces and "other interesting things" were collected and are being investigated. The police expects that this evidence will make a significant contribution to the investigation. De Heus' body was released to his family after consultation with the Public Prosecutor and the detective team.
