Ten Ajax fans arrested in Vienna

The Austrian police arrested 10 Ajax fans at the match between Rapid Wien and Ajax in the qualifying round of the Champions league in Vienna on Wednesday. The supporters were arrested after forcibly trying to leave the marked off outbox and attacking police officers, NOS reports. According to the Austrian authorities, two officers were injured. A total of 850 supporters went with Ajax to Vienna for the match in the third qualifying round of the Champions League. The match ended in a 2-2 tie. The return will be played in Amsterdam on Tuesday. The winner will advance to the fourth and final qualifying round.
