A 32-year old man was arrested on Wednesday at the Roosendaal train station for threatening the life of a female NS conductor, the police said in a written statement. Police were called to the station after the suspect allegedly shouted death threats at the woman.

The man, from Bergen op Zoom, Noord Brabant, lost control during a ticket inspection just before 6 a.m., police said. However, she managed to alert a colleague and the police and the suspect was arrested for making an unlawful threat.

It is at least against an employee of national railway NS this week.
