Suspect held in fatal hit-and-run

The man who killed a baby and injured a father in a hit-and-run in Lutten, Overijssel last night, has turned himself in. He reported to the police station in Hardenberg late last night. The man has been arrested and is currently in custody. At around 19:30 last night the driver of a light gray Mercedes hit a man who was walking with his baby in a stroller. The child did not survive the accident. The father's condition is unknown. He was taken to the hospital.
