Man Shot In Groningen

On Thursday evening, a gunshot victim was found on the roof of a burning gym in Groningen. The wounded man managed to call the police despite the injury. "The odd thing was," say the police, "when we arrived, the building at Protonstraat was on fire." When the fire brigade arrived, they lifted the man off the roof with a crane. The fire was then rapidly extinguished. According to the police, the man was probably a robbery victim, during which he was shot. The police assume that there is a connection between the fire and the shooting. “This is too much coincidence,” said the police spokesperson. The man was brought to the hospital. Nothing is known about the robbers yet.
