A very large fire broke out in a pizzeria on Sunday in Zoetermeer. Someone inhaled smoke and had to be treated in the hospital with minor burns, said a spokesman of the fire brigade.
Because of the smoke, some homes were evacuated as a precaution. A total of 13 residents, of houses right at the back of the pizzeria, had to leave their belongings behind. It is not yet known whether they have to spend the night elsewhere or that they can return to their homes once the fire is extinguished.
