Woman arrested in Vught after 26-year-old man stabbed in head
A woman was arrested overnight Sunday into Monday after a stabbing inside an apartment on Steenweg in Vught, where a 26-year-old man from Den Bosch was injured in the head and treated for his wounds, Dutch police stated.
Police received a report of a stabbing shortly after 3 a.m. on Monday. Officers determined the incident took place inside the woman’s apartment, where several people had been visiting.
For reasons that remain unclear, the woman allegedly grabbed a knife during the situation. A confrontation followed, during which the 26-year-old man was struck and injured in the head.
The other people present managed to leave the apartment and alerted the police. The victim was treated for his injury. Police said he later filed a formal report. Two other individuals also filed reports alleging threats.
