Video: Motorist hits boy with car after brawl in Eindhoven

A motorist hit a boy with his car on Quinten Matsyslaan in Eindhoven on Sunday evening after a brawl involving a big commotion, Omroep Brabant reported. Someone also got stabbed in this incident.

According to the broadcaster, the motorist had to drive across the grass to hit the boy. The fight continued after the collision, which is when the stabbing occurred.

The Oost Brabant police reported the incident as a stabbing that occurred around 11:40 p.m. on Sunday, saying that a young man sustained injuries to his leg. “What exactly happened, who did it, and what prompted it are still unclear,” the police said.

Locals called the emergency services. According to Omroep Brabant, paramedics treated the boy at the scene before rushing him to a hospital by ambulance.

The police responded in large numbers and cordoned off the section of grass where the collision, brawl, and stabbing occurred. According to the broadcaster, the car’s tire tracks were still clearly visible.

Investigators are canvassing the neighborhood, looking for security camera footage that could aid in the investigation.
