Man killed in bull attack at Noord-Holland farm

A man died after being attacked by a bull at a farm in Stompetoren, Noord-Holland, on Sunday afternoon. A second person was injured in the incident, a police spokesperson told the Noordhollands Dagblad.

The bull attacked at around 4:10 p.m. in the yard of a farm on Noordevaart. Two ambulances and a trauma team were deployed. The trauma team landed by helicopter in a nearby meadow.

First responders tried to resuscitate the man, but it was to no avail. He died at the scene. The other person’s injuries were treated on-site.

The police are investigating the cause of the accident.
