Public transport to continue throughout curfew

Trains, buses and trams will run as usual, including during the 9:00 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. curfew set to begin in the Netherlands on Saturday, public transit association OV-NL said to RTL Nieuws.

The rule still remains that you are only allowed to use public transport if you have a valid reason to be outside after 9:00 p.m., such as work.

OV-NL stated that slight adjustments may be made to departure times. The changes, however, will not be too drastic, given that since the pandemic the companies have already taken into account the reduced number of passengers, a spokesperson said to RTL Nieuws.
