Rented Lamborghini crashes during wedding procession
A super expensive Lamborghini that formed part of a wedding procession was severely damaged in an accident in Maasdijk on Sunday night. The Lamborghini Haracan Spyder, with a new value of over 300 thousand euros, crashed into a delivery van at high speed and then came to a standstill against a pole, NOS reports.
The accident happened when the Lamborghini entered an intersection at high speed, according to the broadcaster. A fight broke out after the collision. One of the participants in the wedding procession spat in the face of the delivery van driver. One person was arrested.
The Lamborghini was rented for the wedding procession. The owner is "very unhappy" with what happened, estimating the damages in the tens of thousands of euros. "I have never experienced this before", he said to NOS. The sports car was rented by the groom. Whether he was driving at the time of the accident, is under investigation.
