Police call Dutch to keep an eye out for wanted fugitives while holidaying abroad

The police released new sketches of wanted fugitives Ridouan Taghi and Said Razzouki on Opsporing Verzocht on Tuesday. The sketches are aged show what the two fugitives may look like today. The police call on Dutch holidaying abroad to keep an eye out for the two, who are wanted for at least five assassinations in the Netherlands.

According to the police, there are indications that Taghi and Razzouki may be in Colombia or Mexico, or possibly in Spain or Dubai. It is possible that they underwent plastic surgery, and therefore may not quite resemble the photos and sketches the police have of them. The police offered a reward of 100 thousand euros for the tip that leads to their arrests.

Taghi and his right-hand man Razzouki were placed on international wanted lists around 18 months ago. They are suspected of involvement in five assassinations - the murders of Ronald Bakker in 2015, Samir Erraghib in 2016, Ranko Scekic in 2016, Martin Kok in 2016, and Hakim Chengachi in 2017. They were summoned in absentia earlier this month.

The evidence against these two partly comes from statements made by key witness Nabil B. and encrypted messages the police deciphered.
