Woman apparently abducted in Rotterdam found safe

A young woman who seemed to be abducted in Rotterdam on Wednesday evening, was found safe and sound, the police said on Twitter.

A witness called the police about a possible kidnapping on Paul Krugerstraat in Rotterdam on Wednesday evening. The police looked at surveillance camera footage and saw the woman being pushed into a car by two men. The police immediately launched an investigation.

The investigation led the police to the woman's home address on Thursday, where she was found safe and in good health. Exactly what happened to her is not yet clear. The police are talking to her.
