"Our inspectors are impressed by the high level achieved by experienced chefs who have already been awarded. They also found a lot of new names to enrich the selection. These young chefs, who are sometimes inspired by the work of their colleagues, bring Dutch gastronomy to a higher level in terms of creativity, innovation and taste."
On the downside, there are also 11 Dutch restaurants who lost their Michelin star this year. The full list of Michelin star restaurants in the Netherlands can be seen here.
