Rotterdam sex club owner found dead in a pool of blood

A man was found dead in a pool of blood in Rotterdam sex club Mon Cheri on Monday night. The victim was identified as the club's 65-year-old owner, Dutch newspaper AD reports. The body was discovered around 10:00 p.m. on Monday night, when the club was set to open. An employee notified the police. As the club was closed on Sunday, it is unclear how long the man had been lying there. According to the newspaper, the neighbors of the club, located on the Westzeedijk, did not notice anything suspicious. The police confirmed that the man was murdered, according to RTV Rijnmond. No information on how he was killed has been released. A spokesperson would only say that he was not shot or stabbed.
