Police: Serial “running masturbator” fled Netherlands

The "running masturbator" who harassed several women in IJmuiden over the past month, has fled the Netherlands. A spokesperson for the police confirmed this to the Haarlems Dagblad. The man was arrested in IJmuiden last week and fled the country soon after he was released. "We know exactly where he is, but of course can not keep an eye on him there", the spokesperson said. The suspect is a Polish man with no fixed address in the Netherlands. The case against him will still appear in court. He will be called when he has to answer to the judge.
