Dutch boy, 13, disappears off Cape Verde coast

Emergency services in Cape Verde have been searching for 13 year old Rotterdam Kelvin Cabral boy since Sunday. He disappeared under the water on the island of Sao Nicolau after being swept by a wave. Five bodies have been recovered so far, but there is still no trace of the boy, AD reports. Kelvin had been holidaying on the island with his mother. He was swimming with five other young people when a wave caught him off guard. Emergency services have been searching for Kelvin's body since Sunday, but so far to no avail. A councilor have submitted a request for a swimming ban on the beach in question. The port authority is still considering the request.
