One hurt in Hague road rage shooting

A traffic quarrel seems to have triggered a shooting incident at 10:30 this morning on the Soestdijkseplein in the Hague. According to the police, two motorist got into an argument on Valkenbosplein. At Sjoetsdijkseplein it came to a confrontation with one driver threatening the other, possibly with an iron bar. The other driver pulled a gun and fired a shot. The Hague Police reports that the two then drove after each other again, after which a collision occurred with different vehicles on Erasmusweg, near Moerwijk. One of the two quarreling drivers fled after the collision, the police are searching for him. The other driver was wounded and taken to the hospital. A second person was also wounded. It is not clear how this person was involved in the incident. The police are currently investigating and taking witness statements.
