Youths heavily abused by gang

Two men of 17 and 20 years of age were attacked on Saturday night by a group of six men in the North-Holland town of Kudelstaart. Both men had to be brought to hospital with broken bones in the face, the police report on Sunday. The two men were involved in an argument at around 3:30 a.m. with the group. In the ensuing fight, the youngest of the two was left with a broken eye-socket and the 20-year old has a broken cheekbone, jaw and eye-socket. According to a police spokesperson, the argument wasn't about anything at all. "They were in the wrong place at the wrong time." The six attackers took to their heels after the fight. Police are still searching for them. Two of them fled on a moped, and the four others on regular bicycles.
