Elderly disabled man in scooter beaten, robbed

A 71-year old man was robbed by three men in Leidschendam. The victim was then beaten with a hard object, causing him to fall off his mobility scooter. The incident occurred on the Burgemeester Kolfschotenlaan on the evening of Saturday the 12th of April. The victim was only able to report the crime on Thursday, as he had to be in hospital to get treated for his injuries. The man lost some of his personal possessions in the robbery. Investigators are looking for three men, possibly of Somali origin.
