Silent processions for murdered mom

A group of Zevenbergen locals is organizing a silent procession for Claudia Oskam, who was murdered by her ex husband. The town supports the initiative. Date and time, as well as the route the procession will take have yet to be released. The City also contacted the school the victim's three children attend, but it's still unclear if or how the 36-year-old mother from Zevenbergen will be commemorated by the school. Claudia Oskam, murdered in January 2014 (L), and William, her ex-husband and a suspect in the case (R), (photos: Facebook) Claudia Oskam leaves behind three young children, daughter Demi, and sons Navin and Ybois. They have been taken in by family. Oskam disappeared Friday afternoon, after she went over to her ex husband's house to discuss a financial matter. A search in Zevenbergen and surrounding areas did not render any results. Police arrested the ex husband when a search at the doctor's post revealed the man had come in for treatment of a wound he could not explain. Claudia Oskam's body was found late Sunday, after a tip from her ex husband, who by then had confessed to killing her, that led the police to her body. On Monday morning a site was set up where people can express their sympathies.
