Altice to raise €750 million in Amsterdam IPO
Telecom company Altice SA wants to list its shares on the Amsterdam stock exchange and pkans to raise about 750 million euros in an initial public offering (IPO).

The company intends to sell about 20% to 25% shares to pay debt and make expansion, Bloomberg News reported Tuesday.
The IPO is expected to take place in about four weeks.
Goldman Sachs Group Inc. and Morgan Stanley will serve as joint book-runners.
Altice was founded by entrepreneur Patrick Drahi.
