Greenpeace: indictment is heavier

The Greenpeace activists, detained in the Russian city of Murmansk, are still being sued for piracy. It is not true the indictment has been weakened to vandalism. The Russian national research committee claimed the indictment for piracy was dropped and only vandalism remained, but according to Greenpeace, the indictments clearly state two allegations.
