Eindhoven train arrest connected to Dordrecht shooting
A man arrested at Eindhoven train station on Thursday night is a 24-year-old resident of Dordrecht. He is suspected of involvement in a shooting in his hometown, in which a 17-year-old boy was seriously injured on October 18th, Eindhovens Dagblad reports.
The shooting happened on Zuilenburg in Dordrecht. The teenager was walking across the street with a friend when he was shot. He was rushed to hospital in serious condition. The police later announced that his condition is stable.
The 24-year-old man is the third suspect to be arrested in connection to this shooting. His arrest caused quite the commotion at Eindhoven station on Thursday, as a team of heavily armed and masked officers searched a crowded train for the suspect.
